Choosing the right product

I'm trying to conceive. Where should I start?

For women, start with Pre-Pregnancy Support, a preconception multivitamin with Quatrefolic® active folate, gentle iron and choline. For men, Men's Fertility Boost. If you're preparing together, the Couple Fertility Plan covers her, him, and Liposomal Bio-CoQ10 for both of you.

How early before trying to conceive should we start?

Ideally about three months before you begin trying. Eggs and sperm both take roughly 90 days to develop, and folate levels build up over a similar period.

I'm pregnant. Which products are for me?

Pregnancy Support Plus is our prenatal multivitamin, and Calcium D adds the calcium most prenatals leave out. Once you have a positive test, switch from Pre-Pregnancy Support to Pregnancy Support Plus. Berberine HCL, Liposomal Bio-CoQ10 and Dreamy Sleep Gummies are not for use during pregnancy.

Which product is for PCOS?

Berberine HCL is formulated to support healthy blood sugar and insulin sensitivity, which are closely linked to PCOS. It is not a cure for PCOS, and it is not for use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive. Speak to your doctor before starting, especially if you take other medication.

What is the difference between folic acid and active folate?

Folic acid is a synthetic form of folate that the body has to convert before it can use it. Active folate (L-5-MTHF, sold as Quatrefolic®) is already in the form your body uses. Our Pre-Pregnancy Support and Pregnancy Support Plus use active folate.

Safety and quality

Who formulates Dame Health products?

Our formulas are developed under the guidance of Dr. Rajeev Agarwal, a gynaecologist with over 25 years of experience and co-founder of Dame Health, with input from our panel of doctors and nutritionists.

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Our products are tested by independent labs for purity and heavy metals. You can view the lab reports linked from each product page.

Can I take your supplements with my medication?

Some ingredients can interact with medicines. Berberine may add to the effect of medication for diabetes, blood pressure or cholesterol, and CoQ10 should be checked with your doctor if you take blood thinners or blood pressure medication. Always check with your doctor if you take any regular medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Can I take more than one Dame Health product together?

Many of our products are designed to be taken together, for example the Couple Fertility Plan. Avoid doubling up on two multivitamins, and check with your doctor if you are unsure.

Orders, delivery and returns

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available, along with prepaid payment options at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive tracking details. You can also track your shipment on the Delhivery tracking page.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, any time before it is dispatched. Once it has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, email support@damehealth.org or reach us through the Contact page.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only if you received a damaged or wrong product. Let us know within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and keep the product unused and in its original packaging. We arrange free pickup for eligible returns. Opened or used products can't be returned. Read the full Refunds and Returns policy.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually reflect within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll collect your bank or UPI details and refund by bank transfer.
