Refunds and Returns
At Dame Health, we care deeply about your experience with our products and services. While our goal is always complete satisfaction, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines when and how you can request cancellations, returns, or refunds for orders placed on www.damehealth.com
1. Order Cancellations
● You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.
● Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
● To request a cancellation, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page
or email support@damehealth.org.
2. Return Eligibility
We offer returns only in the following cases:
● You received a damaged product
● You received a wrong product
Conditions:
● You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
● Product must be unused and in original packaging
● Include photographic evidence when contacting us
We do not accept returns for:
● Opened or used products
● Change of mind or dissatisfaction with results (unless medically justified and verified)
3. Return Process
If your return is approved:
● We will arrange free return pickup for eligible cases (damaged/wrong product only)
● Once received and verified, your refund will be processed

4. Refund Timelines
● Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
● Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
● If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will collect your bank/UPI details and process
the refund via bank transfer
