I’ve been using Dame Protein for a month now, and here’s my honest experience. I’m currently pregnant with twins and deal with frequent hunger. With lactose and gluten intolerance, meeting my daily protein needs isn’t always easy. I noticed that adequate protein keeps me full for longer, but consistency was a challenge. After getting the ingredient list approved by a doctor friend, I started using this protein powder. It’s tasty, light on digestion, and very filling. I use it once or twice daily, it keeps me full for 2–3 hours, causes no bloating or discomfort, and hasn’t triggered any intolerance or allergic reactions. The mild sweetness also helps manage sugar cravings. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my routine, and I’d recommend it to women looking for a clean and easy protein option.

I like that it is natural and does not contain added sugar but the taste was not that great of the vanilla flavour. So, plan to order the other flavours and try those.
