All payments are securely processed through GoKwik using supported methods such as UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) with variable fees based on risk assessment.

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only
  
• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products, reported within 7 days of delivery
  
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval
